BCP Hosts 3rd Annual Thanksgiving Meal Distribution for 300 Families

On Tuesday, November 21st, Boston Community Pediatrics (BCP) hosted its 3rd annual Thanksgiving meal distribution.

BCP is immensely grateful to all who helped prepare and distribute 300 turkeys, sides, pies, produce, gifts cards, shelf stable food, along with a number of winter coats to BCP patients. Families were able to pick-up their meals, and several were delivered directly to patients throughout the day by BCP's amazing volunteers. BCP knows that the holidays can be a stressful time, especially for families with low-income, so BCP supports families with everything they need for Thanksgiving to make their holiday a little easier and brighter. This years' distribution was made possible thanks to the BCP Brigade, BCP’s amazing volunteers, and partners Commonwealth Kitchen, Gordon's Food Service, YMCA of Greater Boston, Jacobson Floral, Olivia's Organics, and Appaman.
